the rim is closed through interference created by a joint obtained from an aluminium tube, which is given a specific shape. This connection method ensures the perfect alignment of the two components.

it is a type of welding process obtained by using epoxy two-component structural glues (the same type of glues used in building carbon frames) applied with WEIP DIX system, that give the monolithic structure to the rim.

this precision work takes place through a CNC, using polycrystalline inserts. The rim is worked simultaneously, obtaining a perfect alignment of both braking areas.
